She founded Total Life Center in Norwood, New Jersey in 1996 and has practiced there ever since, working with people of all ages and stages.

The C.R.E.A.T.E. Way came out of that practice, and out of one recurring observation: people get better faster when they understand what is happening in their own bodies.

The Thinking

Symptoms are not the problem. They are information.

Modern medicine is extraordinary in an emergency. It is far less suited to the slow, tangled conditions that unfold over years — the ones a ten-minute appointment cannot reach the cause of.

The C.R.E.A.T.E. Way teaches you to read that information and to act on it, supported by a team that looks at the whole picture rather than one organ at a time.

What It Rests On

Three simple truths

Your body is not broken.

It is responding intelligently to its external and internal environment.

Symptoms are signals.

Your symptoms are more than physical—they're messages from the mind and body. When you learn to understand their connection, you can move beyond symptom management toward lasting health.

Health is something you create.

It is something you actively build through the choices you make and the actions you take every single day.

Possibility, awareness and action are the whole of it. The C.R.E.A.T.E. Way simply gives them an order, a timeframe and someone to walk it with you.

Thirty minutes, and an honest answer.

The clarity call is complimentary and carries no obligation. Its only purpose is to work out whether this is right for you.
